Teen stabbed after group storm his home in Melbourne's west
A 15-year-old boy is in a serious condition after he was stabbed when a group allegedly broke into his home in Melbourne's west early this morning.
The group is still on the run as police scour the area surrounding the house in Brookfield.
Police allege several people broke into the home about 4.55am, before becoming involved in a fight with the residents during which the boy was stabbed.

Another resident ran to the neighbours' for help, before the group fled.
The injured boy has been taken to the Royal Children's Hospital with serious upper body injuries.
