Teen dies after touching overhead rail power lines in Bundaberg

A 19-year-old man has died after touching overhead power lines while trespassing at a Bundaberg rail yard.
The teenager's body was found at the McLean Street yard about 1.30am yesterday.
Paramedics were called but he could not be revived.

"This tragedy is a terrible reminder of the dangers of overhead powerlines," Queensland Rail said in a statement.
"We are pleading with people to ensure they stay safe and not trespass on the rail network."
A freight train was delayed by three hours but no other services were affected.
