Second charged over Victoria Australia Day murder

A second man has been charged with murder over a Melbourne home invasion on Australia Day that left a man dead.

Michael Sleiman, 20, died after a group of 15 people allegedly stormed a Deer Park house and started a fight on January 26.

Deer Park man Benjamin Borg, 19, was charged with murder late on Friday and was refused bail to face Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday.

Two other men were interviewed on Friday but released without charge.

Earlier this week 22-year-old man Matthew Delamothe, also of Deer Park, was charged with murder and briefly faced Melbourne Magistrates Court.
