Taxi driver held at gun point in Melbourne

With a pistol in hand and a baseball cap and hood obscuring his face a gunman aims his weapon at an unsuspecting Melbourne taxi driver.
The thug then closes in and points the gun directly at the cabbie's forehead and demands cash.
Chilling images of the frightening robbery that occurred in Melbourne last month have been released by police in an effort to catch the culprit.
The driver was parking his taxi in a car park in Ascot Vale on September 25, when an unknown man approached him, pointed a gun at him and demanded cash.
When the driver said he would call police, the gunman ran.
