Workplace death on Tasmanian property

A man has died working with machinery on his property in Tasmania's Northern Midlands region.

The 68-year-old was using machinery to gather rocks and boulders when he was injured on Friday.

Emergency services were called, but the man died at the scene. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
