Warning after Tassie mine loses explosive

If you stumble across a bright orange round tube with the words "Maxprime booster 400g - danger explosive" on it, please call Tasmania Police immediately.

A mine in Tasmania has lost track of an explosive and police are warning people to be careful if they happen to come across it.

The 400g cast booster was reported missing on Thursday, but it's likely it was used in the Savage River mine the day before without operators putting it in their records.
