Tas man charged after burglary spree

A man has been charged over a spate of burglaries spanning several months in Tasmania's north.

The 28-year-old was arrested in a Ravenswood unit on Wednesday night, where police found cash and stolen property from burglaries in Launceston.

He will front court on Thursday charged with 24 counts of burglary, 12 counts of stealing, evading police, and breach of bail.
