Police have praised New Years Eve revellers for their good behaviour at various events across Tasmania.
In Hobart, there were a number of small disturbances on the waterfront with 10 people arrested between midnight and 5am.
Those arrests were in relation to public order, licensing and disobey direction offences.

It was a quiet night in the Northern District with no sigificant issues with anti-social behaviour but one person was evicted from Beerfest in Launceston.
And two people were arrested and charged with public order offences in Burnie.
"Overall the crowds were respectful and very well behaved," a spokesperson said on Tuesday.
