More charges over Tas scrub fires

A second man has been charged over a series of scrub fires at Queenstown in Tasmania's southwest.

Police on Friday charged a 24-year-old with three counts of unlawfully setting fire to property in relation to two fires on New Year's Day and a smaller fire on December 14.

A second man, 26, was charged with the three counts of unlawfully set fire to vegetation on Saturday and the pair are both due to front court in February.
