Family and friends have attended the funeral of Hobart woman Sarah Paino, almost a fortnight after she was killed in a high-speed city car smash.

Ms Paino, 24, was 32 weeks pregnant when she died in the early hours of January 22 following a collision with an allegedly stolen SUV.

Baby Caleb was delivered in hospital a short time after the crash, while Ms Paino's two-year-old son, who was also in the car, suffered minor injuries.

At a service in Hobart on Tuesday a gathering of some 200 people included Ms Paino's partner Daniel Stirling, along with many mourners holding photos of the young family.

Fundraising efforts have collected donations of almost $500,000 to support Ms Paino's family.

A 15-year-old boy who was allegedly driving the SUV at the time of the crash has been charged with manslaughter.

Three other people - including a 12-year-old girl - who police say were in the car at time, are also facing charges.
