Burning stolen ute smashes into Tas home

A stolen ute has smashed into a house after bursting into flames in Hobart.

Police were called to a vehicle fire in Glenorchy just before 4.30am on Monday before the ute rolled across the street and crashed into a house causing up to $20,000 damage.

Police say the residents inside the house were not injured.
