Trio charged over Tas Woman's killing

Police say they have identified the killer of Hobart woman Michelle Meades whose body was found in a partially burnt suburban home.

Detectives on Tuesday charged Kylie Anne Hack, 33, with murdering the 51-year-old whose remains were discovered inside a Clarendon Vale unit on September 22.

Hack has previously pleaded not guilty to arson over the fire at the unit on September 20.

Two men have also been charged in connection with Ms Meades' murder.

Daniel Andrew Graham, 28, and a 57-year-old man are each charged with failing to report a killing and being an accessory after the fact of murder.

Graham was refused bail by a magistrate on Tuesday afternoon, with prosecutors citing a strong case against him.

He is due to reappear in court on October 24.

Hack and the 57-year-old man are due to face court on Wednesday morning.

Investigators have previously said that Ms Meades' body had suffered serious injuries when it was found well concealed in the Clarendon Vale home.
