Major delays after train services cancelled between St Marys and Penrith

Sydney's western train line has been suspended in both directions causing major delays this morning.
All train services between St Marys and Penrith have been halted due to a fatality at Kingswood with buses now replacing trains.

Further complicating delays, Transport NSW has reported an IT outage impacting real-time data on the transport app and information screens at stations.
People have been told to listen to announcements with the estimated wait time for buses is between 30-40 minutes.
