Man unconscious after falling from roof on Sydney's north shore
A man is in a critical condition after falling through a roof on Sydney's Upper North Shore.
NSW Ambulance crews received a call for help on Burns Road, Wahroonga following reports the man had fallen three metres to the ground below just before 9am this morning.

He had been cleaning at Wahroonga Public School.
Two road crews and a Careflight Helicopter were dispatched to the scene.
On site the 52-year-old man was treated for head and chest injuries and taken to Royal North Shore Hospital by road in a critical condition.

NSW Ambulance Duty Operations Manager Antony Clark said accidents such as these could change the man's life forever.
"All it takes is a split second and a routine activity can turn into a tragic accident that can impact someone's life forever," said Mr Clark.
An aeromedical helicopter landed on a nearby playing field. 9News
"Our paramedics along with the CareFlight team, did an amazing job in treating the man before taking him to hospital in a critical condition.
"A fall from a height can have significant risks and complications, so always ensure you take the proper safety precautions."
