Police find Sydney mum and four-month-old boy

A woman and a baby boy missing from Sydney's south-west have been located safe and well.

The 24-year-old woman and four-month-old boy were reported missing after they could not be contacted by family or friends.

NSW Police made an appeal for information saying she had last been seen at a home in Parramatta about 7pm yesterday.

Officers found the pair at a home in Stockton today.
