Police operation ends in crash in Sydney's south west
A car has crashed in the Sydney suburb of Beverly Hills after an earlier police pursuit.
Police said they noticed a silver Mercedes being driven erratically just before 4pm in Liverpool, in the city's south-west.
A police pursuit began but it was terminated at Padstow as it was deemed too dangerous. The car was then detected in Beverly Hills.

9News understands the car crossed a median street on Stoney Creek Road and crashed into a driver in a side street.
No one was injured, however officers said the driver of the Mercedes and his passenger allegedly ran from the vehicle.

One person was arrested and another was pursued by the dog squad in the backyard of a home.
9News understands both men are known to police and charges are expected to be laid.
