Jeep Wrangler plunges 10 metres into suburban backyard in Sydney's east
Two young men have been injured after the four wheel drive they were in plunged 10 metres into a backyard in Sydney's east overnight.
Yesterday the two men – a 19-year-old driver from Banksia and his 20-year-old passenger from Kingsford – lost control of their red Jeep Wrangler on Bellevue road in Bellevue Hill.

The Jeep crashed through a suburban fence, falling onto its roof several stories below.
Miraculously, both men survived and were transported to St Vincent's Hospital for treatment.

Homeowner Marie, 90, said the sound of the car hitting her backyard was unlike anything she's ever heard.
The Jeep will now have to be winched out.
