Sydney doughnut shop owner charged over alleged touching of teen employee

The 54-year-old owner of a doughnut shop has been charged after he allegedly touched a teenage employee.

The 15-year-old girl reported a number of "inappropriate incidents" at the Wetherill Park business, NSW Police say.

They include allegations she was sexually touched on Monday August 5, was asked to accompany the man to a hotel room two days later after he also allegedly simulated a sexual act.

He allegedly tried to show her porn on his phone on the same day,

The girl reported the allegations to her school, who notified police.

The man was arrested at 11.15am yesterday and charged with sexual touching of a child and procuring/grooming of child for unlawful sexual activity at Fairfield Police Station

He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today.
