Sydney man suffers serious head injuries in brotherly brawl

A man has serious head injuries after a fight with his older brother in Sydney's west.
The 27-year-old man was taken to Liverpool Hospital with serious head injuries and a major cut to the left side of his face after being assaulted in Bonnyrigg just after 1.30am today.

His 30-year-old brother was also taken to Liverpool Hospital with minor injuries and will be questioned by police at Fairfield station when he is released, police said.
