A duplex on Sydney Harbour has sold prior to auction for $11.2 million.
Attribution: Domain/Krulis ResidentialDomain announced that 1/7 Hampden Avenue had sold for $11,250,000 on March 8.
The price tag was enough for the house to nab the weekend auction record.
The property, with extensive views of Sydney Harbour, was last sold in 2019.
The two-storey duplex residence has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a lock-up garage.
The residence is situated minutes from Edgecliff Station, buses, and ferries.
It boasts herringbone parquetry floors and ducted air conditioning.
