Police give all-clear after ocean rescue sparks fears for missing man

Police have combed through CCTV to find a man feared missing from a Sydney beach.
Authorities were called to Clovelly just after 5.30pm on Monday, Ambulance NSW told nine.com.au. One person was believed to be trouble in the water, with others swimming out to help.

Police said eastern beaches police officers, surf lifesavers and ambulance officers searched the area but didn't find anyone.
After reviewing CCTV, they found "a person who was depicted in distress exited the water without incident".
