Swan booted for lie accusation

Former Labor treasurer Wayne Swan has been suspended from parliament for a day after accusing a minister of telling a lie and not withdrawing his accusation.
Social Services Minister Christian Porter had been speaking in question time about the Labor's lack of proper funding for the national disability insurance scheme while in government.
"I will not withdraw. It's a lie," Mr Swan said.
