Police hunt spooky masked bandit after Melbourne service station robbery

A man wearing a spooky mask and brandishing a handgun held up a Melbourne convenience store on Halloween, police say.

The masked man threatened a lone worker with the gun and fled on foot with a quantity of cash from the shop on Stephensons Road, Mount Waverley, shortly before 9pm on Saturday, October 31.

Police have released CCTV video and images of the wanted man, who is described as about 170cm tall with a medium build.
