Police search for man who robbed Adelaide service station in clown mask

Police have released video of a man who held up an Adelaide service station in a clown mask.

Officers said the man used a knife to steal cash and cigarettes on Friday night.

"He threatened the staff member and demanded the till be opened," police said.

"The suspect grabbed cash from the till and handed the victim a bag, demanding cigarettes be placed inside."

It is believed the man left the service station in Parafield Gardens on a postie-style motorbike.

The man is described as being about 183cm tall, with a slim build.

He was wearing a black hooded jumper, navy blue Adidas tracksuit pants, red shoes and he was carrying a black backpack.
