Son tells angry dad he got girl pregnant in prank

Revealing to your dad that you're about to become a father can be a proud moment leaving you filled with joy but that was not the case for a young Indian man who was left nursing a number of bruises after telling his dad he had got his girlfriend pregnant in a prank.

Footage of the unwitting example of physical comedy shows a nervous young man sit his father down and say the words every parents dreads "I need to talk to you about something".

Closing the door to his room so mum can't hear, the young man asks his father to promise not to "freak out" before asking him if he remembers a girl he had told him about a long time ago.

"Yes, I remember that bitch", the dad replies as he lies on a bed.

After asking his dad not to call her that the young man reveals that she is pregnant and the father doesn't hold back, unleashing a number of blows on his son.

The young man wrote online that he later explained the prank to his father, who apologised and the family lived happily ever after.
