Chip mash-ups reach new delicious heights with garlic bread flavour

Move over Light N Tangy, there’s a new Smiths chip on the shelves and this one has us very intrigued: garlic bread-flavoured chips.

Changing up chip flavours is nothing new with chip manufacturers dabbling in combinations 'outside of the box' for years now.

Other new – and controversial – flavours include prawn cocktail and even the great Aussie classic, Vegemite.

The world of chip mash-ups is very much real.

The latest garlic bread flavour is sure to prove similarly divisive.

These limited-edition beauties have popped up on supermarket shelves.

But how, does one put into chip form not just garlic, but garlic bread?

The bag says ‘limited edition’, so one can only imagine the chip is being test run on consumers.
