Bone bandits steal skeleton, take it for bus ride

A trio of men are suspected of stealing a skeleton in the Adelaide CBD.

Police released video of the alleged thieves, who are believed to have stolen a fibreglass skeleton from a display in Rundle Mall on November 26 last year.

In the vision, the trio are seen exiting a lift and walking out of a building onto a pavement.

One of them has the skeleton with its arm slung around his shoulders, as he types on his phone.

The three then get on a bus, still with the skeleton in full view.

They appear to be explaining their bony acquisition to the baffled bus driver.
