Five people aged in their 20s are suspected to have overdosed on drugs at Home nightclub on Sydney's Darling Harbour.

At about 1.30am today police and ambulance officers were called to the club to find one man and four women who required treatment for suspected overdoses.

All five were taken by ambulance to St Vincent's Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.

Unconfirmed reports claim the drug was GHB.

Many of the young people involved in the incident are allegedly not cooperating with police, as they work to determine where the drugs were sourced.

Last month, six people were taken to hospital in Melbourne after suffering from suspected GHB overdoses.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
