Simon Michael Bou-Samra

A report by Nine News at 11:42am on 1 February 2018 incorrectly reported that Simon Michael Bou-Samra was charged with drug possession. 

Mr Bou-Samra is in fact charged with possession of a mobile phone in connection with the commission of a crime, and has indicated he is vigorously defending that charge.

Nine News accepts Mr Bou-Samra is not facing any drug possession charge and apologises for the error.
