Shorten sticks to Turnbull 'gaffe' attack

Bill Shorten insists Malcolm Turnbull wasn't just talking about Labor when he made comments about political parties having a change of heart on policies.
The opposition leader has come under pressure after seizing on comments from the prime minister who was attempting to focus on Labor's backflips in the statement.
"He wasn't just speaking about the Labor party, he was outlining his political philosophy," Mr Shorten told the Nine Network on Wednesday.
