Seven West tweaks Yahoo7 joint venture

Seven West Media has announced changes to its long-standing Yahoo7 partnership as new owner, AOL/Verizon, completes its acquisition of Yahoo, Inc.
Seven will launch a new, fully owned catch-up TV service within six months to replace the Yahoo7 service, PLUS7.
Seven said AOL/Verizon will continue investing in the Yahoo7 joint venture in Australia, with both parties to "explore broader opportunities" to build on brands owned by Yahoo Inc, which is to be rebranded as Oath under its new owner.
