Sydney servo robbed by men with Samurai swords

Police are hunting for two men who robbed a petrol station in Western Sydney with two Samurai swords last night.

The owner of the servo on Henry Lawson Drive, Georges Hall, was packing up at 9.10pm when he was suddenly rushed by two masked men in black.

Police say they were carrying two large Samurai swords.

They threatened the owner, waving their weapons in the air.

They then burst inside and made for the day's takings which were tallied up behind the till.

Owner Peter, 48, said they swung their weapons around and told him to "get inside."

The whole ordeal was captured on camera by stunned onlookers across the road. 

The thieves made off in a black ute with a third accomplice, stealing around $1000.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
