Search underway for missing 12-year-old Gold Coast boy

Police have appealed to the public for their help locating a 12-year-old boy, last seen in the Gold Coast suburb of Arundel on Friday.

The boy is believed to have left an Ingles Circuit address about 11.30am two days ago, and may have caught public transport to the Logan or Brisbane areas.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and the fact he has a medical condition.

He has been described as Caucasian and 150cm tall with a slim build and light brown hair. He is believed to be wearing a black hoodie top, blue shorts and blue sneakers.
