Missing German tourist found in SA

A German tourist has been found five days after he crashed his car and went missing southeast of Adelaide.
Alexander Stelling, 32, is being assessed in hospital after he was found looking for help at a Tailem Bend property early on Tuesday, police say.
He was last seen leaving his car after crashing into a guard rail near the town on Thursday.
