Masked men use axe and hammer to rob Adelaide hotel

Two men wearing balaclavas have threatened staff at a northern Adelaide hotel with an axe and a hammer before stealing cash.

Police say no one was injured in the robbery of the hotel on Philip Highway at around 9.30pm on Sunday and the robbers only got away with a small amount of money.

The two men aged in their mid 20s fled in a station wagon.
