Man charged over murder of Adelaide man

A man has been charged with murder after the discovery of a body at a house in Adelaide.

Police say a 27-year-old Adelaide man, who was taken into custody yesterday afternoon, has been charged with murder and assault cause harm.

He has been refused bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today.

The body of a 47-year-old man was found by police inside a house in Carrington Street, Adelaide, about 8.30am yesterday.

Another man was treated at the Royal Adelaide Hospital for minor injuries.

Police say the time and cause of death are unknown but an autopsy will be conducted today.
