A rockclimber has been hospitalised with serious injuries after falling onto rocks at Mount Macedon in Victoria.
An air ambulance went to rescue the injured man following reports he was in distress about 9.20am today.

The hiker fell on some rocks and required assistance. Nine
Crews including volunteer firefighters from the Macedon Fire Brigade, SES personnel and paramedics trudged through difficult terrain to help bring the man to stable ground.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being flown to The Alfred hospital.
