Butter chicken sauce recalled over nut allergy fears
A butter chicken simmer sauce has been recalled as it may contain nuts and has no allergy note.
Food Authority NSW has issued a recall notice for One Rusty Jack Indian Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce 400g with an expiry up to and including May 25.

The sauce, sold at IGA in NSW and Queensland and produced by Vegetali Foods, may contain cashew nuts, with fears those with an allergy could have a reaction if the product is consumed.
"Consumers who have a cashew allergy or intolerance should not consume this product and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund," the notice states.
