Raptor 13 strikes again as he targets P-plate drivers

A police officer known as "Raptor 13" has appeared in another bizarre traffic stop video scrupulously pointing out a detailed list of defects on a pair of P-platers’ cars.

The video taken on Boxing Day 2015 shows the man also known as Senior Constable Murphy pulling over Jimmy and Rami in Canley Heights, Sydney before going over their vehicles with a fine tooth comb.

The driver appears to be flabbergasted as the stickler officer informs them their P-plates are slightly askew before popping open the bonnet.

Video and still images taken during the incident shows the officer retrieve a steel wheel brace from the driver's side door before questioning Jimmy why he has the tool in the front of the car and not the boot.

Raptor 13 then takes the blunt object and holds it against the driver's head to display how the tyre loosening device could be used a weapon.

It's the fourth video featuring the stern officer in recent days. In one incident he pulls over a motorcyclist for an alleged defect on his helmet.

Raptor 13 appears to drop the riders licence on the ground in front of him and refuses to provide his full name.
