The RAAF's first new Boeing P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol and anti-submarine aircraft is taking shape.
Images released by Boeing show the aircraft receiving its wings and tail on the Boeing production line at Renton in the US last month.
Australia plans to acquire 15 of these aircraft, a version of the widely used Boeing 737 airliner, to replace ageing Orion AP-3C aircraft.
