Tradie falls four metres from tree during workplace incident

A man in his 30s has been transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital after falling four metres from a tree, while working at a home in Thornlands, south of Brisbane.

A spokesperson from Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed that paramedics, including intensive care attended the scene, transporting the man in a stable condition.

"We transported a male in his 30s with pain in his arm and hip area, pelvis. A critical care paramedic was on board during transport," the spokesperson said. 

The man is in a stable condition, and is being treated for the fall, which is being regarded as a workplace incident.
