Queensland landlord allegedly murdered tenant then dumped his belongings in a park
A Queensland landlord accused of murdering his tenant allegedly dumped the man's possessions around Hervey Bay after the attack.
Police are renewing their call for witnesses who saw a white 2020 Toyota Landcruiser Prado in Urangan between 7.15am and 7.30am on Monday after they discovered the victim's items in the Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens.
Police will allege that after the 57-year-old landlord fatally assaulted his 62-year-old tenant inside an industrial business complex on Victory East Road in Urangan, he drove the Landcruiser through Urangan disposing of the items.

Detective Sergeant Mick Polit said police had found some of the victim's possessions, allegedly stolen from his unit, discarded at the botanical gardens.
Detective Sergeant Polit said some of the man's possessions were still missing and were believed to have been disposed of around Urangan, potentially on Charlton Esplanade.
Police believe the car also travelled on Elizabeth Street during the 15-minute period it was away from the industrial estate.
They are calling for anyone who saw the car, or who may have dashcam footage of it, to contact police.
They would also like to speak to the driver of white or silver 4WD, possibly a Mitsubishi Pajero, that was overtaken by the Toyota around 7.18am on Elizabeth Street.
Detective Sergeant Polit said only the victim and the alleged offender were believed to have been around when the altercation occurred.
He also said police had responded to numerous incidents between people in the industrial complex in the past 12 months.
"We do believe there was an ongoing dispute since the victim moved into that industrial complex between him and the landlord, who is the male person charged," he said.
The landlord was charged with murder on Monday and was remanded into custody.
