The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is yet to confirm whether it will launch a formal investigation into Ms Trad after she bought a Woolloongaba house that is set to benefit from the route of the $5.4 billion cross river rail - which Ms Trad has overseen.
Ms Trad says the location of the route and stations were public knowledge. She also referred herself to the CCC.
