Motorist threatened with pickaxe during alleged road rage attack in Melbourne
A man wielding a pickaxe has been caught on camera threatening a driver on a busy road in Melbourne's inner suburbs over the weekend.
The incident unfolded at an intersection on Queens Road in Melbourne on Saturday afternoon.
Vision shows the man wearing an orange Hi-Vis shirt approaching a car with pickaxe, before waving it around.

Road Policing Assistant Commissioner Glenn Weir said police were aware of the incident.
He said the victim did not wish to take further action.
"I think there's a bit more to the story but the behaviour of the guy in the work gear carrying pickup to someone and banging on their window with it, it's completely unacceptable," Weir told 3AW.
"I don't know what world that guy lives in, where he thinks that's acceptable behaviour, regardless of what, the other drivers are done.
"If they could ring Triple Zero perhaps first and then put it on Instagram, that'd be better because we could have got there and taken some action."
The ordeal lasted just minutes, with the man holding the pickaxe returning back to his car.
