Young girl found safe after disappearing near Queensland home

A young girl has been found "safe and well" after being reported missing by loved ones in Brisbane's outer east.
The seven-year-old girl had been reported missing in Wynnum West about 12:20am.
Police confirmed she was found safe this morning.

Police earlier had issued an urgent plea for the girl's welfare.
Wynnum West is located about 17km away from Brisbane.
