Woman's body found at Qld waterfall

A Japanese woman has been found dead at a tourist site in far north Queensland.

The woman, in her 20s, was found on Saturday morning in a pool at the bottom of the Murray Falls, near Tully.

She was last seen on Friday afternoon near a lookout at the top of the falls.

Police say her death isn't suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
