'At risk' Townsville woman found safe

A Townsville woman feared to be at "imminent risk" has been found safe and well by police.

Queensland police on Friday morning issued a call for public help to find the woman who they said was driving around the Townsville area.

She has since been found safe and police have thanked the public for their assistance.
