Two men shot in southeast Qld

Two men have turned up at hospital with gunshots wounds to their faces and hands after an incident at North Lakes in southeast Queensland.

Police say the men presented themselves for treatment at about 10pm on Thursday and they remained in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It's believed the two men were shot in the vicinity of Springsure Parade, North Lakes, but police have yet to locate a crime scene and have appealed for public assistance to determine what happened.
