Trio tried to snatch 14yo from roadside

Police are hunting for three men who tried to snatch a teenage girl as she walked down a Sunshine Coast street.

The 14-year-old girl was walking along Scholars Drive at Sippy Downs at about 8pm on Sunday when a black four-wheel-drive pulled up alongside her.

One of the occupants grabbed her arm and tried to pull her into the car, however the girl broke free and ran away.

She was not injured.

The man who grabbed was wearing a black hooded jumper, while the driver of the Suzuki was wearing a white shirt and jeans.

Another man in the rear of the car had black hair.
