Too many motorbike crashes on Qld roads
AAP
Too many motorcyclists and their passengers have died on Queensland's roads this year, the RACQ says.
About 36 of the 145 deaths on Queensland roads so far this year are motorbike related - that's up 44 per cent from last year.
"Unfortunately, motorcycle serious crashes got off to a very bad start back in January - but there's always an opportunity to turn things around," RACQ spokesman Steve Spalding said.
